Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage not due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Items must meet the return eligibility conditions above.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
